The Short List is a recipe site and iPhone app for cooking without ultra-processed food. I built all of it: the website in English and Swedish, the accounts and comments, and the app.

What I built. The site, the accounts and the app.
A static site, two languages.
Astro turns the recipe and article files into finished pages at build time; there is no server. English is at the root, Swedish under /sv/.
Accounts, comments, moderation.
Firebase holds only user data: accounts, comments and saved recipes. My own Cloud Functions send the account emails, and comments have Report, Block and an admin Delete.
The app is still in testing.
A SwiftUI iPhone app shares the accounts, recipe box and shopping list with the site. It is in public testing on TestFlight, not in the App Store yet.
